Transaction Process:
1．Submit valid personal passport and visa for verification;
2．Submit Certificate of Registration for Temporary Lodging;
3．Submit relevant certificates and personal photos;

（1）Application report of inviter organization

（3）Certificate of Approval for Establishment of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in PRC
（4）Copy of invitee's passport
（5）Invitees satisfying following conditions can apply for a half-year multi-entry visa notification and provide related materials;
a) have investment in Nanjing;
b) work as management in the parent company of a company in Nanjing;
c) need to come to China often for executing contracts (attach copy of contracts);
d) come to work in Nanjing (attach Alien Employment Permit)
2、Declaration Process
Inviter organization fills in Application and Approval Form of Visa Notification of Nanjing Municipality; leaders of inviter organization and its competent department sign on the form and stamp it with chop; the form is submitted to municipal Foreign Affairs Office.
